o   Civic League Board vacancy filled by Doreen Tatnall
·         Treasurer’s Report – Ken McEwan
o   Results from 2010 Casino Woodruff – Per 2010 Civic League budget, Profits are transferred to Historic Woodruff Place Foundation to be used for esplanade maintenance and improvements.
Update on 2010 Census – Monte Earlywine, US Bureau of the Census
New Business
  • The Board recommends that the General Membership amend the 2010 Civic League Budget to authorize up to $5,000 for repair and maintenance projects identified by the Town Hall Repair, Maintenance, and Restoration Committee, Tom Gross, chair.
  •             Action required: Approval by General Membership
